Yumna Zaidi is one of a kind.
Pursuing her acting with insistence by her friend Affan Waheed, her journey has been a good one.

Dar Si Jati Hai Sila confronted issues of sexual abuse, harassment and secrets within families.
The play was about a young girl named Sila, played brilliantly by Yumna Zaidi, who is a victim of sexual assault at the hands of Joi Mamu (Nauman Ijaz) and is always scared of speaking up.
Written by Bee Gul and directed by Kashif Nisar, the drama received a lot of appreciation from the audiences which is an indication of how our audiences are accepting story lines that are neither typical nor common.

Choti Choti Batain
Choti Choti Batain, a series of some inspiring stories, features Yumna Zaidi in one of its play ‘Bandhan’
The main message of this Choti Choti Batain was to awaken people to the fact that it’s not okay to make their daughter’s a display material when the boys are not made to do the same.
Yumna as ‘Bisma’ made it clear that girls’ are not suppose to be objectified by ‘Rishta Aunties’.
Inkaar
Inkaar revolves around the important message ‘No Means No’.
The character of Hajra portrayed by Yumna Zaidi takes a 360 turn from the Sila character and comes out as a happy-go-lucky girl who has everything one could wish for, except a stalker who is rich, mental and above all.
Inkaar has an ensemble cast comprising of talented actors who are known for their outstanding work.
Ishq Zahe Naseeb
Ishq Zahe Naseeb is new in the list of all the gold characters Yumna has played so far.
What this play brings for us is a mystery yet but one thing is evident, Yumna Zaidi has taken all the limelight.
