Independence Day Special: Stars let us know why Pakistanis stands out!

Pakistan is finally emerging from the five-month COVID-19 lockdown and now the country is gearing up for the much-needed Independence Day celebration.

The festivities might be different this year to minimize the risk of spreading the Corona Virus. But this couldn’t be a better time for Pakistanis to unite and display a show of solidarity, optimism, and love for their fellow citizens.

In light of 14th August, we asked some of our favorite celebrities what is the most special thing about Pakistan they believe no other country has!

While their replies were pretty interesting, they all have one thing common in their reflection on the matter i.e. the hospitality and warmth possessed by the people of Pakistan is unmatchable and unparalleled to any other nation.

Displaying on-point celebrity patriotism, Pakistani stars sent a lot of wishes and prayers for the whole state! Here’s what they had to say:

Ayesha Omar

We are very hospitable and warm. We welcome everyone with open arms. All provinces. We are very resilient although our government has let us down over and over again. Also, we have a very rich heritage and culture that no other country in the world has.

Usman Mukhtar

One thing Pakistan has that no other country has is our positive and resilient spirit. No matter how bad the circumstances, we put a smile on our faces and face them.

Every 14th August our people pick up their flags and celebrate the creation of this one of a kind country. You will find hospitality and warmth everywhere you go to Pakistan. Our people are all heart. And that’s what makes it special.

We often fail to understand how big of a gift Pakistan is for us. When I see how there is unrest in some countries, I thank God we have one we can call our own. No one wants to get out and fix pakistan like their own. They want the government to fix it for them. Pakistan Hamara hai. Humne theek karna hai. We should care. We will care. Because this land, like our parents, is a gift given to us before we were born. Aap Sab ko jashn-e-azadi mubarak aur dua un sab ke liye jin ki qurbanion ki wajah se hum azaad hain. The only reason I’m feeling lower on happy energy today is Kashmir. And I do not worry about the geographical part of Kashmir. It’s the people of Kashmir. They need to feel as free as I do today. as a Pakistani we all should support every effort for these beautiful souls to feel free in the paradise that is Kashmir. Pakistan Zindabad!!!! #jashneazadimubarak #pakistan #independenceday #usmanmukhtar

Every country displays love and patriotism on their Independence Day. But the youth of Pakistan has that power and passion that no other country has. We are very emotional and fervent people.

The charge of youth is also a lot in India and Bangladesh. But the sentiment and excitement that our youngsters have is unparalleled. And if we channel it positively and put them on the right path, Pakistan can progress immensely.

I believe that one thing Pakistan has that no other country has is that we Pakistanis are very big-hearted and generous. We never shy away from honoring guests and receiving them with an open arms.

Sometimes, if you travel to markets within the country, the people are so giving that they tell tourists to take things which they like for free. Shows that we are very hospitable and welcoming.  I love my country
